
Breath & Bodywork
These trauma-informed sessions are designed to support emotional resilience, physical ease, and a deeper connection with your body. They combine breathwork and bodywork techniques to help you regulate your nervous system, restore flow, and access inner stability.
Online & In-Person Options
These sessions are available both online and in person.
Online sessions include guided breathwork, self-directed bodywork, and somatic practices like tapping and grounding.
In-person sessions may also include TRT (Trauma Release Therapy©) and connected breathing, which cannot be offered online due to their intensity and the need for in-person support.
What We Work With
These sessions are grounded in the understanding that emotions, stress, and trauma are not just in the mind—they live in the body. We draw from Polyvagal Theory, body psychotherapy principles, and somatic practices to gently release stored tension, increase awareness, and support integration.
Breathwork, particularly conscious and connected breathing, influences the autonomic nervous system and helps shift emotional states, supporting a return to safety and calm.
Online, the Bodywork is done by you, under guidance. It includes gentle tapping (inspired by EFT and Meridian Tapping), self-massage, and intuitive movement to encourage circulation, emotional release, and realignment.
The Role of Tapping
Tapping stimulates specific points on the body, sending calming signals to the brain. It is a simple yet powerful tool to reduce stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. It can support:
Emotional regulation and trauma release
Reduction of physical symptoms like fatigue, pain, or tension
Increased body awareness and safety
A feeling of empowerment and self-agency
Note: Tapping is generally safe but may need to be adapted in cases of severe trauma, physical sensitivity, or pregnancy.
Session Structure
Each session begins with:
Grounding practices to arrive safely in the body
Resourcing: finding internal or external support that helps you feel anchored
Somatic scanning to identify tension, emotion, or patterns of holding
Depending on your level and experience, we build on this foundation:
Level 1 – Regulation & Awareness
We focus on gentle breathwork, education about nervous system regulation, and basic tapping and body movement. Ideal if you're new to this work or in a sensitive state.
Level 2 – Activation & Exploration
We go deeper into somatic awareness, exploring how emotions live in the body. Techniques may include longer breath cycles, guided release, and more active tapping.
Level 3 – Advanced Somatic Flow (Online or In Person)
A more intuitive, fluid session combining multiple tools—breath, body, energy, rhythm, stillness. This level invites deep self-inquiry and supports those familiar with somatic work. You'll be guided into a co-creative process where your system leads and I listen, respond, and support.
Level 4 – TRT combined with Breathwork
Only offered in person. Combines connected breathwork and TRT (Trauma Release Therapy) to discharge stored trauma patterns. We close with deep integration, rest, and grounding.
Please Note
TRT in combination with connected breathwork are powerful tools and are only available in person to ensure proper support and co-regulation. Online sessions focus on techniques that are safe and effective to practice on your own with guidance.
The online sessions remain incredibly effective, especially for those wanting to develop nervous system awareness, emotional resilience, and empowered self-regulation tools.
